As specified in your lease, you are responsible for all utilities. Evergreen Live works with a utilities management company called Conservice to manage utilities on your behalf. We’ll conveniently bill you for utility usage through your resident portal, so you don’t have to worry about changing utilities into your name or remembering to make another payment. The utilities will stay in our name through the duration of your lease, leaving you one less thing to worry about.
One monthly bill
Your water, trash, sewer, gas and electricity usage is consolidated into one convenient monthly bill.
